Autumn Higgins

Autumn is originally from Dalton, Georgia, and now lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband, Nate, and their dog, Maverick. She works on the government relations team at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers.

118’s mission is one of the easiest things in the world to believe in, and at the same time, one of the greatest honors she’s ever had the privilege to be part of. Watching her best friend and roommate walk through treatment was an eye-opening experience that revealed just how limited support can be for AYAs facing cancer. Serving on the board gives her the opportunity to help change that, to walk alongside others, build a community of love and encouragement, and remind AYAs that they are seen, supported, and deeply loved by the people around them and by Jesus.
